ANYONE ELSE THINK THIS IS ODD?

One thing that's always bothered me is that if one looks at the HCAD information on the house that Leonard Merrell and his wife, Linda, bought to live in when he came here (19303 Foxtree Lane) , it says that they purchased it on January 12, 1995.  That date is significant because the school board was not given Merrell's name (or at least I was not) as a candidate until March of 1995.  Why did he purchase this house two months before he was even interviewed by the school board members as a group as is indicated by this official record of the Harris County Appraisal District? If the record is wrong, someone needs to fix it! It's been online for years. I've even called HCAD and verified that it is an accurate record.  You can call them too!
