TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT:
Total Quality Management is a set of mental tools used to manipulate people into doing something which, had they realized how they were persuaded, they might not have chosen to do whatever it was that was suggested.
Change agents emerge in all sorts of arenas to facilitate change. I have been mostly concerned with this activity in public schools.
