THE BOARD PAYS THE KATY ISD SUPERINTENDENT TOO MUCH:

Our school district spends money frivolously, and it starts with the superintendent, Alton Frailey.  His salary is $288,400 plus perks. Compare that to the salary of the United States' Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin E. Dempsey, the nation's highest ranking military officer, who makes $243,162 and who is responsible for the security and safety of the United States along with the management of three million military active duty, reservists, national guardsmen, and civilian employees!

Think anything is wrong with this picture?

When such is the lifestyle and mind set of the KISD leadership, is it any wonder that the same leadership is inclined to WANT, not NEED, more THINGS--included among them a bragging rights stadium, and way more schools than are needed?  And what stands between them and such excess?  YOU DO!  WE DO!
