WHY DO CERTAIN GROUPS SUPPORT THE BOND?

When you see the schools and the PTA's and the local magazines and the other entities that are supporting the bond, ask yourself, are these groups giving this support because they want students to improve academically, or are they doing it for reasons like pride or to keep their job or to make more money for their business or to please some subdivision developer?  Then decide for yourself if these reasons are worth your paying more taxes.  Because no matter what they tell you, they ARE going to get more tax dollars out of you whether it's a tax rate increase or a 17% increase in the valuation of your home (which is an outrageous increase).

And all that money won't go to the teachers or to the academic enrichment of students.
