BUSES:
About 20% of the school buses for Katy ISD students were deleted from the system three years ago. Despite efforts by all sorts of people, the School Board and their employee, Alton Frailey, have not brought them back. They have decided that since they lost one Bond election over the issue, but were miraculously able to win their second one, it doesn't matter what parents of KISD students want.
How cavalier of the seven board members who passed the decision when no one was looking and then refused to take responsibility for all sorts of blunders and consequences.
