Katy ISD is ranked BEHIND Friendswood ISD and Pearland ISD in a ranking of the best school districts in the Houston area!!! 

And get this:  KISD got a "B" in "Resources and Facilities" but an "A+" in "Student Culture and Diversity"!!! 

Now isn't that EXACTLY what you wanted to hear???? especially after we have all forked over billions of dollars in taxes on bond funds for "resources and facilities"!!!
