If you read your neighborhood HOA Krenek publication with all your neighborhood's news, plus the ads, plus puff pieces-- this month, you'll find one (puff piece) on KISD Board Member, Henry Dibrell, who is trying to become a "Master Trustee" by attending (at our expense) the Texas Association of School Boards' leadership program.

Ousted Board Member Judy Snyder went through that program, but I never saw the benefit to KISD students.  I doubt Mr. Dibrell's being a "Master Trustee" will mean anything to KISD students either. 

Henry got only 527 votes when he ran for the KISD school board the first time against Joe Adams.  Those would have been votes mostly from people who don't like Joe Adams.  I doubt that Henry got many of his OWN votes. 

The next time he ran, other conservatives and I endorsed him in order to try to defeat his opponent Judy Snyder who had been on the Board way past her usefulness.  That time he got 2,286 votes to Snyder's 1,479.  I don't believe anyone thinks Henry made 1,679 new voter/friends on his own in one year!  Of course, Mr. Dibrell did not maintain his conservative stance once elected--he just used us to get elected. 

While Mr. Dibrell used to be in charge of the Amobi Okoye Foundation, that Foundation appears to no longer exist.

Mr. Dibrell used to live in a rent house at 918 Long Prairie in Katy which was owned by Olendzkia Olysa.  He no longer lives there.  He now lives in a house at 4203 Glade Shadow Ct. which is owned by Runhua Guo. He apparently does not own the homes he has lived in while on the Katy ISD school board.

His wife owns a small home in the Galena Park ISD where they used to live, and she pays taxes in that school district. 

Henry Dibrell does not have any property in his name in Harris, Ft. Bend or Waller counties at the current time that I can find.

When he appears to pay no KISD taxes because he does not own property here, it does not seem like he should be telling all of us who DO own homes here how our taxes should be spent!
