HERE IS WHY SOME COLLEGES ARE A JOKE:
Many Houstonians attend Texas Southern University. The Houston Chronicle recently noted the 11 colleges with the worst graduation rates. TSU was among them. Check out this SAT score! This is a university that is constantly asking the State for more funding. It squanders what it receives and asks for more. The politicians that succumb to their request need to be held accountable. Don't hold your breath waiting for THAT to happen!
