ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS:

 

Perhaps it's not too far-fetched to suggest that some of the growth that has appeared in the 2014-2015 school year has been enhanced by the presence of "unaccompanied minors." If that is the case, then no "demographic report's growth projections" no matter how much they cost the taxpayers, could be said to have been anticipated, nor would such a possibility have been included in such a report. Such specific causes would be being claimed erroneously.

 

There's no way that I believe that HISD got 3,000 of these students, and KISD didn't get any!

Houston ISD would be that school district that is on the east side of our school district just south of the bayou on Hiway 6.
