JOE M. ADAMS' BIOGRAPHY:

Joe Adams has served as a member of the Katy ISD Board of Trustees since 1989 in the capacities of president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and sergeant at arms, and currently serves as a director on the Gulf Coast Area Association of School Boards.

Adams is the District Director of PBS&J Houston, a consulting engineering firm. Prior to joining PBS&J, he worked in the oil and gas industry for thirty years, including assignments in London, England and Cairo, Egypt.

Adams holds a B.B.A. in marketing from Texas A&M University. He serves on the board of directors of the Southern Federal Credit Union, the North Houston Association and is a deacon at Kingsland Baptist Church. He and his wife Donna have been married for 34 years and have two grown children and one grandchild
