Houston, TX – Joe M. Adams has joined PBS&J as district director for PBS&J’s Houston office. Joe has more than 30 years of extensive experience in the management of projects, equipment, and personnel in both the domestic and international arena of the petroleum industry including assignments in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
He has a strong background in startup operations including business plans and budgets, and experience with sales and marketing and operations of energy equipment and services. He also has a solid background in contract negotiations and business strategy development as well as profit and loss responsibility.
Joe has a BBA in marketing from Texas A&M University and has served on the board of trustees for the fast-growing Katy Independent School District for 18 years. In addition, he is chairman of the board of directors for the Southern Federal Credit Union, serves on the Gulf Coast Area Association of School Boards’ executive board, and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
