WOAI IN SAN ANTONIO PRODUCES CONFIDENTIAL REPORT ON PBK/JUDSON ISD SCHOO BOARD:

In January of 2009, the Judson ISD came under the scrutiny of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  At issue was a report generated by the School Board and their attorney, Feldman, Rogers, Morris & Grover, L.L.P. of San Antonio, Texas.  While the report was deemed "confidential" by the Attorney General, WOAI in San Antonio was given a copy which it put on line.  They have recently removed the copy.  My understanding is that the FBI investigation continues even though it has been on-going for several years. 

Why am I putting up this information on a web site mostly concerned with Katy ISD?  The bond election in Judson ISD and their dealings with PBK happened at the very same time as the two bond elections (first one was defeated) held in Katy ISD that very same year--2006.  The similarities that have been uncovered since that time are uncanny.  Read these accounts, watch the video and draw your own conclusions.

Be sure that you watch this video.  And try to remember that this was in San Antonio, not Katy.
